You've still got a lot of facility. Happy that you're still playing after all these years. You sound good!
Great stuff as always. You don't see guys doing crossovers as much as you used to.
You're inspiring me to do the same. When I was younger, I babied my drums. Cleaned them all the time, new heads frequently, etc. Nowadays, I rarely do anything. I think I'm going to shoot for upping...
It's nice of you to say that. Since the domination of Facebook groups, regular forums are noticeably less active. But private forums have many advantages. We appreciate those of you that continue to...

Rock and Metal Musicians Pay Tribute After Iron Maiden’s Nicko McBrain Retires From Touring
Big drumming news!
No need to panic my friend. We have the ability to adjust to something new. I've switched sticks a few times through the years. Not fun at first but we get used to it.
Yes, she was! By the way, the drummer on that track was Harold Fisher. According to chatGBT...

Welcome back! Congrats on the new drums man! They look great!
Yeah, it's best if you can build your own. They are not cheap!
I find this interesting. I've rarely ever had any problems with snare straps of any kind.

I've never used or tried most of them. Some drummers are gear heads or at least want more experiences. I've always kind of stayed with whatever I liked and once I find something that works, I don't...
That's some serious truth right there! As drummers, we must always recognize that regardless how good our drumkits sound in front of us, we need to know how they sound out front.
Hey man, I'm glad your new band is back in action. Us drummers need to play!! I look forward to the videos.

Ahh, man...
That thing is a hoss!
Everything's easy after you learn it, right?
You're a beast!!
That's a long time to play consecutive 8th notes in the kick drums. Are you playing flat footed or heel up?
Nice job guys!
Rick, what's with the popsicle stick on the bottom of the head? I've never seen that before. Where did you learn that and how does it affect the drum sound?
Wow, that's quite a statement. Thanks for sharing Mark, I'll have to try it out.
I read somewhere just today that this drummer uses Finger Ease (the guitar string lubricant) to clean his cymbals....
I don't use drum racks anymore but when I did, I always preferred square tubes rather than round because the clamps like the Gibralter ones would always slip.
