    For throw, loosen up the double locks that hold the beater in place, and make the beater head closer to the cam.

    I'd recommend socks minimum, I play barefoot sometimes but there are certain things you just can't do as well.

    Slide/shuffle technique can lead in... painful... accidents. And the dribble...
