The P1002s are nice pedals, i used a P1000 for a long time, keep em clean and they are worth the money.

I use Pearl 1000 and 2000 series equipment, cos it is cheaper that the DW 9000 stuff and it has, in my opinion, sturdier stands (TC-2000, C-1000, H-1000K), easy action pedals (P-2000 'eliminators')....
