    Re: Who Got Snow?

Your comment about Vegas got me thinking; are you talking Celsius or Fahrenheit?
I was thinking by -20* you were talking Fahrenheit. -20* Celsius is still cold, but not Arctic like I was thinking.

So, you’re either Santa Clause or a dog-sled mechanic. No other reason I can think of to subject yourself willingly to such an environment.

Re: I want acoustic drums...wife says NO!

You have to respect your wife’s wishes. The obvious solution would be to keep a set of drums at your girlfriend’s house. :shifty:

But more seriously....maybe you can enroll in drum lessons. 2...

I have both a Pearl Demon direct drive and a PDP Concept direct drive. I love my Demon direct drive and play it almost exclusively. I originally liked my Concept direct drive as much as my...

Last November, I had a college girl decide to make a RH turn right into the front corner of my van. She got a ticket and her insurance settled with me. They totaled my van and offered me $1600 plus I...

    Re: Who Got Snow?

OK. You got me on that one.
Unfortunately, there’s a MUCH BETTER chance of me standing in the snow waiting for my dog to drop a dirt-sausage than even getting within 100yrds of Kate. Unless, that...

    Re: Who Got Snow?

Nothing better than walking through the woods along the river on a snowy evening. Especially with your dog and a small bottle of Peach Tree Schnapps. :punk:

Re: Best Lunch surprise from the Drum Fairy!

My guess is, the black rods with chrome lugs and hoops are a theme; playing off the wood grain pattern of the shell. It actually does look nice, and it’s a unique and subtle touch. I’m just not a fan...

Re: Best Lunch surprise from the Drum Fairy!

That’s pretty cool! I’m not a big fan of the black tension rods...I’d probably swap them out for chrome. I love the woodgrain and the size. The Oak should be a nice match for the 13”.

Re: My Junk Car Collection (with PIcs)

Thanks! My bro and I decided we’re going to start working on it this summer. It’s about as close to being an original “rat rod” as you can get. We plan on rebuilding the motor, trans,...

Coincidentally, the steering wheel is a “rim blow” from a ‘69 Mach 1 with Deluxe interior option....which is pretty rare. It’s probably worth $300-$400 on its own.

You can see the “grain door” in the tailgate, LOL. Farmers used to haul grain to town in their pickups...back when combines were small. Also, I believe it’s a Chevrolet box.

My Junk Car Collection (with PIcs)
