I do the same thing apart from instead of changing metronome speed i change note length. I start of on 8th note singles, then doubles, then paradiddles, then 16th note singles doubles and paradiddles...

Im a drummer whos been playing for about 5 months and i can hit 32nd notes at about 120bpm on the snare drum but i can't move it round the kit... any ideas?
As a London Teenager, i reckon the only real solution is to make the penalties alot steeper. Forget all of this community project bull, give them something to think about...
Do any of you guys lead with your left foot on the double bass pedal... i ALWAYS start with my right, i just can't with my left. For example i can play:
