i did that same upgrade and couldn't be happier, the stage custom are excellent drums at their price point but my Live Custom are everything I could ever ask for in a kit. so basically DO IT :punk:

totally make sense, i have a 16 ft so I'm doing 12 to 16, play mostly rock so i agree that th 13 up tom would be a better progression:punk:

well so far I'm liking what i hear, the rock crash is a bit heavy but really loud IN A GOOD MUSICAL WAY, the med crash is just BEAUTIFUL, so far very happy
