Well FYI the G14 has really done it for me. It has the general feel of a G1 but more attack, more lows, far less ring and a wide range of dynamics. Really sits between the 2 ply and single camps....

The PS3 didn't work on this one for me. It didn't remove enough ring, just kind of shifted the overtones around and seemed less sensitive.
