    Default My Hubby's Band

Well this isn't my band but it's my hubby's band, Circle of Insanity. They've just finished their demo album and it's been sent to a few radio stations. I'm really proud of my husband and his band mates, they've been working very hard and I think the songs turned out really great Check them out and post a comment if you get a chance.

Great stuff, really clear sounding vocals too, what a fantastic change that is to most of the mumbled garbage most metal bands are shoving out today.

Great players all around and really nice production work.

DC, your hubby's band sounds great! My favorite song was Blinded. I loved the intro on the Ovation! It was a great contrast to the main body of the song.

Very cool tunes. Your husband has a voice that sounds a mix between James hatfield and Zakk Wylde very cool mix I think, and The recording quality is great.

Are they Metallica fans? Because you can hear some killer influences in there, specially on the guitar leads, just very cool tunes going on. Let me know when the CD is released, I would love to have a copy.

I'm so glad you all like it, My husband actually wrote Blinded and my daughter wrote My Own Prison. Blinded isn't even mixed down yet, it will be shortly. They are going back into the studio to do more songs this week, I can't wait because there are some more really great tunes that Scott, the guitar player and band leader, has written (he wrote all of the songs except for the one's my hubby and daughter wrote above). John, the drummer is excellent, he's only really been seriously playing for a little over two years. I'm amazed at what he can do on the drums. They finally got a bass player just a short time ago and he is fantastic. The band is really coming together nicely. I'm really excited for all of them, they've worked very hard and deserve a little lime light
