Thumbs up Roc N' Soc Tractor Throne

Ok. I recently purchased a Roc N' Soc throne for my kit. I can personally say that it is REALLY REALLY nice. Its turns smooth, is really comfy, and really helps when your playing those long gigs. i highly recommend this if you do a lot of gigs. it is a little pricy but in the long run you may find its worth it.

im not sure if this is the same roc n soc i want, but roc n soc makes a tractor throne with a hydrolic in it. Basically it would be like spring loaded. If you're banging on the foot pedal real hard most chairs would stay ridgid, this one will move with you. its costly though but supposedly the last one you'll ever buy.

I own a Roc N' Soc and they are awesome! My only complaint is that they are very bulky and heavy.

Yep, I lug one around all the time. But it's one comfortable throne, so worth it to me. Mine is starting to creak a bit though......

As usual Bish has more then me

I have 1 hydraulic and 1 standard Roc-N-Soc both with backs. I love them.

I have always said that the throne is the most important part of your kit. If your butt and back hurt you will not play well.

Amen, Mandlebaum. I have two Nitros, one with a backrest, and one without. They're going to have to come up with a throne that does Shiatzu massage for me to switch. For now, it's the best thing since crunchy peanut butter.

Believe me, Norske, if they make a throne that's any better, I'll be shouting its name from the hilltops.

I know man. I had all my cases stolen about 10 yrs ago while I was on stage and nobody saw a thing. Karma is a you know what. You'ld think other drummers/musicians would look out for each others stuff but I guess ya can't trust anyone while gigging.
