Saturday Night's Show...

Have you all ever been put on a bill where the other bands were way more hard-core than your own?? Well, that's the kind of show we played the other night! lol

It was one of the bigger venues we have played to date so we were very stoked to be in the show. The other bands were great as well. Over all it was a great night!!

I have a couple pics of the stage pre-show during sound check. And I would have had some video for you guys too, but the mix from the crowd was strange...couldn't really hear the guitars or my snare, it was all bass, vocals and kick drum. I hope it was just my video camera!

So, we were nearing the end of our set and right before the last song I hear the sound man come over my monitor and says "you have 3 minutes"...well, I know that "Live This Down" is about 4 minutes or so long...

Yeah, we played our closer anyways!

What would YOU do???

Cool stage!

Back in our punk days, we played until they turned off the sound and lights. We had prepared a medley where we would go through a few songs connected, since they would tell us 1 more song.

Ahhh to be young.

Thanks Bish! And yep, the DWs are all miced up ready to record at my house so I didn't feel like tearing all down.

It's nice to have options!

Looked like a great night man and your kit is just frickin gorgeous. And I would have played the whole song as well, they will get over it lol

Stage sound wasn't too bad actually, I had a nice mix coming through my monitor...just hope it sounded ok from the crowd!

Thanks Frank, I appreciate it! You want serious? The next week we played a new venue called Rock Theater, great stage as well, but this time I used the full set up!!
