Anyone think of the avedis zildjian cymbals, just the originals, not the customs, my band teacher is getting us a set for jazz band, (ride, fast crash, crash, and hats)

Are they good cymbals, especially for rock? cuz if their good, i might decided to try and buy these instead of A customs

Nobody else is jumping in here, so I'll take a crack at it. I'm no expert but I have had a little experience with A's and think they are among the finest symbols you can buy; very musical.

really? i highly recomend them for rock and metal apps. the 18" med. thin is possibly my fav. rock cymbal of all time.
tell matt sorum from guns n roses and velvet revolver that the med thin is not perfect.
