I've never heard the term before, but I'm guessing it means its made in an assembly line of some sort, in other words mass produced.
Can someone do some explaining please . I can figure out what hand-carved means , but what is line-carved?

After researching a bit, I'm fairly certain that "line carved" is refering to the intricate designs carved into the drum, and has nothing to do with the actual construction of the drum.
Hand-Carved and Line-Carved are the same thing (if the lines are carved by hand):
A hand carved Djembe for instance that has "lines" carved into it by hand is a hand-carved line-carved drum.
Line-carved referrs to the lines carved into the drum.
