I dont see why this has to be so far away. Attempt it in the christmas holidays (like a few days before christmas or something) when alot of people will be off from work/school etc.

Yes, that might be a good idea, I never thought about that.

I think l e i g h was giving it so much time to spread the word around the board. I believe something was set up with drummer or su admin to mass e-mail everyone about a month before the date to get the members ready.

Im not exactly sure where we stand, l e i g h can answer that one.
