I don't generally use a set fill or anything. Most of the time I just groove along and don't even think about what I'm hitting. But I've noticed my fills tend to use a lot of doubles on the snare.

Seriously... I would have to say throughout my career I've probably used that old standard Motown fill the most. You know, the one on all the those records like the beginning of "Ain't too proud to beg". It works in a lot of different styles as a solid, reliable fill.
By the way the word "what" has an "h" in it.

The fill that suits the song.
I find myself alot just playing eighth notes or sixteenth notes and just hitting anything ont he kit in no set pattern. Example would be: snare snare ride hitom ridebell snare crash or something along those lines. The Rev of Avenged Sevenfold does that alot in Almost Easy if you really want to hear it done well.
