Nah - I've gotten so used to it over the years. I just found out the stupid rod is only a $10 part so I'll probably buy one to hack up.
Thanks guys, It IS alot of fun, and so stunning in person!
I'm a little new to the drumchat forum so what's up ya'll. Here's my 2006 Starclassic Bubinga in marine blue fade. Can't really see the color and it's not the clearest pic but it'll do for now. bottom pic is the actual color. The last pic is my newer little Tama Silverstar jazz kit in burgandy sparkle. Both have been exceptional kits. I see there are a lot of great kits all over this site and everyone seems real cool too, so happy to come aboard.

looks good Bish...but it looks like you forgot to put in a bunch of gear there? maybe some electric sample pads, 10 more cymbals, another snare, maybe some tymps. SpecialAnthony has the right idea haha. But seriously they look good. as do your SA.
Lot's of great looking set ups here.
Mine a few weeks ago
Proudly playing:
Doc Sweeney Drums
A bunch of snares
A bunch of cymbals
Off-Set double pedals
I think I love to play the drums simply because you get to hit 'em!!!
Got a 14x12ft recently, so I'm trying a 1 up 2 down config (12, 14, 16, 22). I'm quite enjoying it actually.

That is an amazing array of targets. And extra kits in the background? Sweet room. Can I come over to play?

Been subtly messing a bit with the set up. Just experimenting a bit. Ride no longer directly over the kick. China now there. Cymbals a bit more spaced apart.
Inthpktplayer nice setup thinking of trying that is it a comfortable setup drum wise?
