I live in Quadeville Ontario near the Algonquin Park. 2 hrs from The Nations Capital Ottawa. 1 hour form Bancroft and 1 hr from Petawa. I am originaly from Ottawa but lived in Brockville untill I retired 7 yrs ago and love it up here away from the pollution etc from the big cities. I have my own studio and play with the boys but nothing serious just basically jamming the old classic rock tunes.

Hi fellow admirors of the maple leaf, the tree kind! I'm from Blainville QC, born in Westmount QC., lived most of my life downtown Montreal, now in the burbs and lovin' it. Not a fan of the habs either, actually my team is Chicago, so after all these years I finally celebrated! About to buy a DTX 950K.

    Hello, fellow Canadians!
I live in a particularly typical southeastern Ontario town called Newmarket (which is about 45 minutes north of Toronto), and I most certainly do not cheer for the Leafs... Canadiens are the best!

Hi gang. New to the site. Originally from New-Brunswick but been living near Ottawa for the past 10 years.

Been playing for approximately 15 years now, but don't have a band. Started off with a TAMA Rockstar, then had to sell it in the late 90's. Just got back into drumming last year when I bought myself a TD-20K kit w/DB pedal. Absolutely love it!

Favorite album to practice to: Dream Theater - Scenes from a Memory

    Hello fellow Canuks,

I live in Hamilton, Ontario and have for my 47 years. I've been playing drums, to some degree since I was 15. My first kit was an old Trixon kit that I would LOVE to still have today.

The first kit I bought myself was a Pearl kit from L&M in Toronto in the late 70's, early 80's (it's all a blur to me now) I still own those today.

I recently picked up a 7pc PDP LX kit that I have been very happy with.

    Cheers,
    L

    HI, M8's!

Welland, Ontario, here---smack dab in the middle of the Niagara Peninsula. Not much claim to fame but has an active bar/club scene and this nice venue that has attracted acts like Andy Kim, Don Mclean, David Wilcox, etc.:

Hey Portage and Main! I Have cousins in Winnipeg who have a recording studio. They used to have a band that opened for the Guess Who, way back when. Look up Ron Paley.

Us Ontario guys should organize a DrumFest at a central location!

    Cheers to all!
