    Default cow bell drum kick

I found this one on ebay for $75. Don't know anything about them and was wondering if anyone else have tried it out. Seems worth it, found a used one on craigslist for $70.

Foot pedal accessories are fun, a great way to incorporate more sounds into your hand drum setup. You can switch the cowbell out for tons of other toys too like a wood block or tambourine. I like to use a small kick drum on 1 foot and another accessory like this or a hi-hat on the other when playing congas.

I took conga lessons from a guy who was writing a book about 4-way coordination with congas. We focused primarily on limb independence and incorporating foot accessories into traditional conga playing. Fun stuff!

Very cool pedal. I love my cowbell foot pedal. I found use for my old Yamaha pedal and some spare grabber arms and converted my Rock RidgeRider Cowbell into one. Right next to the cowbell pedal, I got my LP cyclops tambourine.

Thanks for posting the price too. Good to know if I want a "real" cow bell pedal, knowing how much one will cost helps.

I was playing a festival last August here in Florida and Ecuadorian percussionist, Jorge Jacome, sat in, and he was sitting on a Cajon and had some bongos and a cowbell kick and I was like amazed. I spoke with him later and was asking him about it and where I could get one , he gave me one. The cowbell and foot pedal I already had.
It is great to practice congas with and I have Matt Sorum percussion pack and can use the Tambourine, block,or Cowbell
