Cheers for the compliments guys, wasn't expecting this much of a response, it's much appreciated. I'll keep on self bumping this thread when we have new stuff, so if people are not interested in seeing material from Fireproof Match, they'll know to avoid just the one thread.

Couple of updates FpM wise if anyone's interested.

First off we had possibly our biggest gig yet, supporting a signed band called The Dangerous Summer, from America but currently touring in the UK. We were playing in a venue called Studio 24 in Edinburgh which was on our 'venues to play list'. Definitely would play there again given the opportunity cause the sound was amazing and the lighting was brilliantly professional.

Here's a couple of photies, no good ones of me cause apparently it was quite difficult to find an angle I was visible at, and my mate who was taking the photographs only took his new 70mm lens.









The other little piece of news is that we will be heading into the studio on the 13th and 14th of March to record a single and a b-side, and we are hopefully also going to be filming a music video to accompany that. So pretty exciting at the moment.

Great photos, and it really is too bad there isn't an action shot of you. Sounds like things are really coming along well for the band, and I'm sure I could speak for a lot of the folks here when I say that with the talent I've heard from you guys, it is well deserved. Definitely keep us up to date, because when you are as big as Neil Peart, we'll want to tell everyone that we've been talking to you on Drum Chat for years!
