i used to use ankle wieghts, it will def build up strength. start slowly and play that way for 15 min. you will feel the burn, then kick it up for another 5.

After I read this I was thinking of ankle weights too. If you try it let us know how it worked.

I dont think you need actual ankle weights maybe just strap sand bags or something around your leg

nah, the sand bags would shake too much. also there's the chance of breakin' them. that is if your not talking about some other type of sandbag. but I"ll just try some weights, I'd say about 2 to 3 pounds on each ankle. sound good?

Try a sporting goods store...unfortunately, you may end up with sand-based weights since most of them are designed to slip over your ankles...

yea, sporting goods stores would be good, like i have a pair, its just cotton, with little cylinder led weights, and its got velcro ect, you just strap em on, you know, that might be a good idea to improve speed
