How do you become a moderator?

My question stands (don't kill me) how do you become a moderator?

drummer didn't send you the memo? There's a moderator taraining camp this summer. It's just like SEAL training, except it's hard.

The best i can recommend for now, is for you to become Ed McMahon to drummers Jonny Carson. Everytime he posts anything, you respond with an overly loud chuckle, "YOU ARE CORRECT, SIR", or "YYEEESSS!!"

Seriously; if anyone is interested in being a Mod (we're not in need right now), just mention your interest in here and we'll consider you in the future. It's based on maturity, diplomacy, sound judgement, etc. ...all evident by your posts.

As an FYI, there are currently 3 active moderators. I'm the only one listed as a moderator. One is not a participating member and the other chooses to remain anonymous. It will not be revealed who he is.
