Hmm, have you tried taking all your tension rods out, then start by putting in the troubled tention rod in first? Also, what method did you use to put your tension rods in? Did you put them in clockwise/counterclockwise, theres your problem. I am assuming you have either a six or ten lug model, so here it is...
The Proper Order,
First Tension Rod One
Second Tension Rod Four
Third Tension Rod Six
Fourth Tension Rod Three
Fifth Tension Rod Five
Sixth Tension Rod Two
Why this order?
Because it evenly disperses the tension over the entire drum head and hoop, therefore there will not be any warping of the head/hoop. Also when doing this order, hand tighten them, or the same problem will arise as earlier discussed in your post.
