Any of the recent Melvins albums have two drummers. They're great. Another band I'd recommend is Kylsea.
K, so at a gig the other week, we met a really cool band, and ended up with the suggestion that we do an 8 person, 2 band song. We crashed their practise and played some music, which was fun, but with only one kit I ended up jumping around hitting a cowbell a lot - anyway one of the songs suggested for this collaborative effort was Bleed American, but it doesn't really have enough drum complexity to justify two drummers, and it would be fun to get two kits on the go. So i'm looking for suggestions for drum songs that might work well with two drummers, in that rough genre; Paramore, Jimmy Eat World, Greenday, Blink 182, etc. Alternative Rock stuff. Or anything if it's really good for utilising two kits

Not really the genre you're going for, but the Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers and Doobie Brothers, among others used 2 drummers throughout their career.
