what kind of pedals are you using, and how old are they?
K, Ive been playing for 2 year, and playing double bass sinc echristmass (mainly latin and jazz and metal)
And I play double bass drum, both same company and pedal, not sure about size.
And I noticed one of the pedals was...well I dont no what was happening to it, but it felt like it wasnt rebounding, it was like it was sticking if that is a good way to explain it. I tried everything to this one bass pedal, from tightening to losening, to tightening the BASS DRUM. Moving the beater, moving it too a different bass drum and it doesnt do anything it is really frustrating coz I cant practice above 145 BPM without this thing sticking and not bouncing at all. Anyone else experiance this proble, if so I need some suggestion to fix it.
Thanks alot guys I appreciate it!

Tighten the spring. It's hard to explain how to do it, but if you mess around with it for a while you can figure it out. It's the vertical spring that controls the tension of the pedals.
I am currently suffering from gear acquisition syndrome. Will trade soul for drum gear. Donations accepted.

I think he said he tried tightening the spring. I'm going to suggest greasing up the bearing or getting an entirely new one.
The only two constants I have are DW and Zildjian.
I'd try oiling the bearings....That could cause a pedal to "stick".

Or if u can, new bearings. I've done it and it makes a huge difference.
But right of the bat you need to grease those bearings.
