Well let's see...
Neils been playing alot longer than Mike, and it's obvious Neil has been a major influence on Mike's playing style. Mike is a heck of a drummer, his odd time signatures are awesome. But I will still go with the O.G. NEIL.. Mike's a very close second

Im gonna say Neil for that one, his technique is so complex compared to Portnoys off beat signatures. I don't know I just don't like the sound of it.
