Ambassador X
Hey guys-
im normally an Emperor person, but need new heads, and saw these heads the other day. They are said to be 20% thicker than regular Ambassadors. So somewhere between an Ambassador and an Emperor. Anyone use em? How are they?

Heard good things about them. I use the EVANS G-Plus which is a thicker, coated single ply and I love them. Don't know how the specs compare though. I've always been a 2-ply guy (and I ain't talking toilet paper...hmmmm, but now that I think about it, 2-ply TP too!)

yes, i have one on my snare. it plays and feels like an ambassador, but almost a "beefer" sound, i dont know if thats the right word, or more 'umph'
