Welcome to the board M/E. I would suggest looking up college drumline sites. they usually offer sheet music and lesson plans free to the public. I am sure someone here will have better advice than me. F/T

Youtube has some good videos as well.
Thank you both.
I will check "Buddy Rich's modern interpretation of snare drum rudiments" out from the local library. (I was shocked to see it in the catalog)
Thank you for your suggestions. Do you remember the first piece of sheet music you worked from?
Thanks,
Mike

Mine was just th3 26 rudiments. Its cool your library has that book!
learn that Carl Palmer snare solo on Tarkus. I think that may be it. It is a marching snare figure.
There is a tape of a young Buddy Rich playing a solo. Single Paradiddle, Double Paradiddle, Triple Paradiddle, Double Paradiddle, Single Paradiddle..out. Say that in a Ginger Baker accent!
Thanks all for your help.
I've been using "Buddy Rich's modern interpretation of snare drum rudiments" now for a couple of days. It is exactly what I was looking for. To review,
Thank you.
Mike
