i found a mini propane tank outside our barn, and it made a cool sound. It was really old and rusty and I thought it was empty, I don't really know about this kind of stuff so I opened the nozzle and it started hissing and smelled bad and I ran cause I thought it was going to explode! but it was fine. Anyways with the gas gone some of the cool sound was also gone but it still sounds pretty cool next to my set. If you hit the side it is this nice, high pitched ambient sort of bell. Same with the top but lower pitched. If you ride the top it has this sort of dark ambient sound also, sort of sizzly... but it was better with the gas in it
just thought i'd share... i think its pretty cool at least![]()

Are you playing it with sticks or are using it as a hand drum like this?
