Don't have any experience with it, and it probably wouldn't fit my needs as you described it, but I will still be interested in the discussion here. Congrats on the new snare CP! Got a pic by any chance?
Picked one up @ GC that they had on clearance. Great snare for outdoor venues or if you need a sound that will penetrate a concrete wall LOL. Sounds great, lot of CRACK to it with some overtones, but not quite as bad as my Sensitone. Great snare for the money. Anyone else have one, and what is your opinion?

I was planning on getting pics of the snare, my 8000, and used rack (before and after pics, it was pretty rough lol) and showing it all at once. The rack was used and the chrome was rusted pretty severely, but after taking it ALL apart and taking an sos pad to everything, it turned out pretty good.
Gotta love snares with glow in the dark aliens haha. I have been eyeing this snare lately, but worried it may not have enough body to it becuz of the 14x5 size. Congrats on the new snare!

I go to my local drum shop and purchase my sticks. I like to touch them before I buy them ;-)

Dude, this thing actually sounds like a cannon! It has huge, deep sound with a dampening ring, and without it has some overtones and amazing crack to it. I have a 14x5.5 Custom Classic birch snare, a 15x5.5 Pearl Sensitone, and a Ludwig Acrolite. It is a toss up between the Sensitone and the Signature to me, but I am leaning towards the Sig.
Sweet haha i'll hafta try one out. Cant wait for pics.

Mine was $149 on clearance @ GC. Very good buy in my book.
I got some Morgan Rose autographed cymbals that he picked out for my kit, does that count for anything?
