Twin Pedals

Hi, I bought me a pair of dw 7000 twin pedals and have been working on them. Let me tell you what they are hard to play. With alittle practice everyday i should be playing them pretty good. I got the idea from watching some of my drum videos. Steve Smith,and Thomas Lang are just a few of the drummers that I have seen playing twin pedals. Any suggestions or tips please feel free to respond.

a suggestion would be to play what you are playing with your hands with your feet too like your single stroke, double stroke, paradiddles etc.

also when you start feeling comfortable try getting a book called "double bass drumming" the mirrored groove system. Great book to develop balance and speed and its got some pretty cool grooves to learn as well.

I have the same pedals and I love them, but also need to put in that same work with my rudiments still.
