Pearl the only way to play drums. You forgot Rogers and Premiers by the way. That's ok cause you only have room for 10 name but never heard of Fibes?
He offered "other", which appears to be a considerate attempt at putting all the brands in there. I didn't know there were any real limits to polls, since they aren't made often and no one talks about how they made theirs. I do admit it would feel a bit on the strange side voting for Ddrum if you are a hardcore Rogers fan.

I've been a Gretsch fan ever since I got my kit. From the quality of their customer service to the quality of there drums, Gretsch is a class act. I admit, though, that I wish their kits came with more finish choices. My drum teacher endorses Mapex, so I have had an opportunity to see a variety of their kit up close, including a top end Orion Limited Edition kit, and I am very impressed. They are on top of their game too.

Wow. Always find these difficult, not because I am indecisive, but because I appreciate the magic of a lot of the drum makers. That said, I currently have a DW and am having a dream of a time with it. For many years, owned Ludwigs, and still have a soft spot. (I had a kit with a 20 inch floor tom. Sheesh. If I ever broke a bass drum head at a gig, the floor tom could fill in easily.)
I love some of the Ludwig "classic snare" sounds, though also appreciating drums from Pork Pie (great Little Squealer snares), Pearl, Rogers, Tama, Gretsh, etc.

"How do you keep 90 people together with one stick? I've got two sticks and i can't keep 5 people together." (Ian Paice)
DDrum, Premier, Slingerland, Rogers, Brady, Dunnett, GMS, Noble and Cooley, Orange County Drum, Pork Pie, Taye, CB, Peace, and Sunlite are ALL in the DDrum or Other Section

Can I ask why you gave fibes it's own category but left all those big name brands (Slingerland, Rogers, even DDrum) to be in the other?
I voted DW btw, I think that as a mass-producing company they do an amazing job keeping the quality where it is.

I went with Tama. It's the only brand of drums I've owned in my short drumming career. But I do love a lot of other kits.
