Cool! I look forward to seein this come to life!
Hey everyone,
There's a new site to market your band. And it's free!
It's called Add Your Band. We'd love for you to "add your band" as well as get involved in any conversation relative to your band or the music scene. Tell your fellow band members and help us spread the word by adding it to your websites and facebook pages. Thanks!
I'm helping moderate it (AYB Junkie). See you there!

Here we are, The Spell.
Began as a covers band, then started playing our own songs, people still came to see, began recording and selling via CD Baby, now when I google my band we are all over the place ! You can download/purchase from apple/sony ect. Metal Hammer found us, although we are only 5% metal ( ! ) said we were worth listening to, so perhaps we are. Recently finished latest album, moved from mainly triggered to 100% acoustic drums, songs became more organic, felt way better. Now record at my studio had built here at home, finished it a couple of months ago, I am loving having total control over my drum recordings, do everything myself/ourselves.
Learnt this - get a Ludwig Black Beauty and a Shure SM57 - point SN57 at Black Beauty - get amazing sound. Simples.
Yea I'm in a band, we are on Reverbnation.com, check us out! the name of the band is Bad Luck Camaro, we need all of the supporters we can get.
Im in a UK based Punk outfit called LIONHEARTS. We hail from the South Coast and have been tearing up pubs and small clubs for the last year now. Recently recorded our first 7 track EP called Bulldog Brawl.

I'll have to take a drive over to that neighborhood and drop off a promo pack

The line between the real world and the machine world is becoming more and more blurred every day.But its not that humans are turning into automations or becoming slaves to the machines. No, we're simply growing toward each other!

After playin 56 yrs as a pro...touring over 35 yrs w/ david alan coe,bj thomas, gene watson, dave dudley ,tommy jennings, freddy fender, fats domino & gatemouth brown....jan of 2021 i had complete left ankle reconstruction surgery...i expected a lengthy off time & rehab...so starting this wednesday jan 19th i start prep for playin out live w/ my "project"(i dont call it bands ,,,cuz rarely can a group keep my interest enuff to commit to just one group...so "tastebudz {a feast for yer earz}" does abit of all generes of music ...w/ "utility players" playin mutiple instruments (2nd gtr player is also a really good drummer)..so we decide if he plays kit & i do percussion...or im on kit & he plays gtr,mandolin,etc...lead gtr on this & many other projects is my best bud of 63 years,,,& only constant player is bass player....true dat ..groove dat!

lol... PHROGGE is an old drumchatter/drum brother from a while back (Hi Phrogge!!). He picked this thread to reintroduce and tell us a little about what he's done in his career.
As for the thread, 'Add Your Band' was a website Drum Bum put together years back and I was helping them get the word out. But they closed it within a year or so. I removed the link the other day and probably should've closed the thread but ended up forgetting about it.
I play in a pop rock cover band which is developing by creating compositions, in English and French.
