Default Meinl Rakes Any Good ?

    Hello Guys...
Wow it's been a while since the last time I made a thread

I wanna ask you guys a question...
Do you guys recall Rakes Series from Meinl ?
    Any good ?

Some guy offered me this stuff for 80$ and I took it...(on the way to my place)

From what I've asked to mr Google, I see this line has been replaced by MB20...
    That means it was a high-end line..Am I rite ?

You are right. Meinl replace Raker series in 2006 with MB20 series.

Raker was a proffesional series and was firstly introduced in 1985. Some of the drummers that used Raker cymbals at the time was Steffan Kaufmann of Accept.

The cymbal that is offered to you, it's probably from the production period of aproximately 1990 until 1997. Before 1990, Rakers has a logo with different colour.

    Hope that helps you
