I think you have a good start. It's needs something to grab attentions, though.
I would also reformat the layout of the text along the right hand side to make it easier to read.

How about including a pic of you and the guys in the band? A pic of you guys recording would fit the bill, like a "behind the scene" shots of your kit maybe from a low angle shooting up towards the kit. Or arrange the guitar players as if they are playing in front of an audience with you and your kit behind them and shoot the pic tight so you don't notice that you don't have a bass player.
If it's just drums and guitar, feature the heck out of your guitarists until you guys can get the bass player position filled. That way people will know who the core members are and when you guys find the right bass player, introduce him on you profile page.
