Ringo check out the thread "I've been converted" it has some relavent D drum content. The diablo kits look cool, but it is hard to tell from pictures what they will be like when you get them. If you can find one in a local store to try out, before you buy it would probably be wise to do so. I try to avoid mail ordering stuff like that if I can.

I have played this set at my local music store. There was a pearl export set and a gretsch catalina set sitting alongside this one and they both blew the diablo away. Even the store owner said he has had a lot of complaints and problems with some of the ddrum sets he has sold and is seriously considering not carrying them anymore. Their history of problems is backed up even further by the problems that ddrumbum has had. Honestly, I would spend my hard earned cash on something else.
