I am looking for headphones under 30$ for drumming.
I wear headphones under shooters muffs so I am looking for earbuds
any suggestions?

I would go for some Koss. I have a pair of koss earbuds i bought and i use them to play along with on drums sometimes, and they block out lots of sound, and sound amazing while doing it.

You can get the Inkd kind for $20 and they block out the loudness of the drums, while still allowing you to hear them and not crank the volume too high.
