Here are the various flam based combinations, according to PAS (Percussion Arts Society), out of the list of 40 PAS Rudiments.

    The Flam itself: L/R, R/L.
Flam Tap: L/R-R, R/L-L. Done either in 1/8 note form or 1/16ths.
Flam Accent: L/R-L-R, R/L-R-L (counted in triplet form).
    Inverted Flam Tap: L/R-L, R/L-R. (1/8ths or 1/16s).
Swiss Army Triplet: L/R-R-L, L/R-R-L in triplets. Also reverse it, R/L-L-R, R/L-L-R, and to challenge yourself, alternate it....L/R-R-L, R/L-L-R. That will really work you.
Flamacue: L/R-L-R-L L/R. Done as four 1/16ths and a 1/4 note flam at the end. Done usually with a left hand flam (L/R) lead only, but it doesn't mean that you can't also mirror it (R/L-R-L-R R/L) to challenge yourself more.
    Flam Paradiddle: L/R-L-R-R, R/L-R-L-L. 1/16th notes.
    Flammed Mill: L/R-R-L-R, R/L-L-R-L. 1/16th notes.
    Flam Paradiddle-Diddle: L/R-L-R-R-L-L, R/L-R-L-L-R-R. 1/16 notes.
Pataflafla: L/R-L-R-R/L, L/R-L-R-R/L. 1/16th notes. Try also the reverse way.
Flam Drag: L/R-LL-R, R/L-RR-L. Done in triplet form, but I've heard it also played as L/R-LL/R, R/L-RR/L, counted as 1e+(a), 2e+(a) [broken 1/16ths].
