Check this out if you have tendinitis or carpal tunnel

I saw a thread recently of someone talking about tendinitis treatments and thought this would be helpful. I can't find the thread, but whatever lol. I recently developed tendinitis in my right forearm leading up to my wrist from drumming and it flares up every now and again. I can honestly say that after trying each of the stretches mentioned in this video only once that my arm feels better. Especially the last one he mentions about pushing on a wall and lifting the thumb. That targets the exact spot I'm having trouble with.

I never had seen the first stretch which is a good one as well.

hopefully we can make this the thread to direct folks to about injury

check out this pdf. This is a great reference for different exercises you can do with to stretch shortened tendons, stay healthy and get faster. You can make something similar to what they sell out of rubber bands.

I'll up load pics if I ever get off my lazy butt of some other stuff I do.

my father had carpel tunnel so bad that he could not feel his right hand. he started taking vitamin b6 and now he is pain free.

Good to know. I'll pass that apple vinegar tip onto my dad; he gets acid reflux a lot.

That was a great watch! Thanks much for bringing it to attention, tendonitis is one of the constant fears I have. I've tried to use a less forceful grip to prevent it from coming up, maybe i'll avoid some of the shock from impact of hitting drums and cymbals that way I figure. It's not much, but ahh it's something.
