I never had seen the first stretch which is a good one as well.

check out this pdf. This is a great reference for different exercises you can do with to stretch shortened tendons, stay healthy and get faster. You can make something similar to what they sell out of rubber bands.
I'll up load pics if I ever get off my lazy butt of some other stuff I do.
