Default your favourite mind twisting independence exercise

I guess 4-limb independance is one of the goals we as drummers should aim for. Unlocking the limbs from each other gives our brain more resources to focus on the musical expression rather than coordinating hands and feet. I quite like exercises that help to gain that skill and I just wondering what's your favourite exercise in this department. Lets collect some ideas.
Some of my favourites are based on paradiddles (upper row=hands, lower row=feet)

    RLRL RLRL ...
    RLRR LRLL ...

    RLRR LRLL ...
    LRLL RLRR ...

    RLRR RLRR ...
    RRLL RRLL ...

I think you get the idea. The possibilities are countless. Any more brain twisters???

Everyone who practice 'quads' will go RH, LH, RF, LF. (hands and feet). But here are eight exercises to do:

LH RH RF LF (repeat until comfortable)
    RH RF LF LH
    RF LF LH RH
    LF LH RH RF

Practice all as 8th notes apart from each other, then as 16ths. Then chain all four exercises together, which will then go LH RH RF LF, RH RF LF LH, RF LF LH RH, LF LH RH RF. Do these with right hand on a floor tom, left hand on the snare, right foot on bass, left foot on hi-hat or on a second bass pedal. Then when chaining all four quad exercises together, if you have four toms on the set, go down the set using all four quad exercises. Then here's the clincher......reverse everything. You'll get:

    RH LH LF RF
    LH LF RF RH
    LF RF RH LH
    RF RH LH LF

Chain all four of these together. The big picture now is to do all eight in succession as a drum roll between all four limbs up and down the set. Have fun!

When puttering along in your car, and waiting to turn at a light, tap one hand to your blinker's cadence, and the other hand to the car in front of you blinker cadence. Enjoy.
