Gavin is one of my favorite drummers as well. His kit sounds awesome. I've heard that he tunes his own drums. He's also a great guy and pretty funny judging by his frequent posts in another chat room that has the words drummers and world in the title. I've added a couple of pics. I like the Gavin Car.

Yeah I am a big fan of gavin harrison, not only his drumming but how humble and down to earth he is. The sound of muzak vid is amazing, i often watch great drummers doing their thing and not care so much about the song that they are playing but this is such a cool song.

He's my top favorite at the moment. Although I didn't like his song choice on the Letterman Show.

Love Gavin! His work in Porcupine Tree particularly, as i've heard more of that than his KC stuff.

Glad that he's topped the Modern Drummer polls for best progressive drummer of the year. A most worthy addition to King Crimson, following in Bill Bruford's shoes. As well as all that fine drumming he's been doing with Porcupine Tree. Anyone listen to the stuff he's done with O5Ric?

I also love Gavin. Like someone mentioned before, he seems like a great guy and is very down to earth. I love his ghost notes and his dynamic in playing. His double bass work is also nice, with little doubles placed in front of his fills, beats etc.

Pretty amazing clinic in Denver last night. I was really inspried by how he crafts his patterns and pull from every day art and structure...and his philosophy on "pegging the CPU" really clicked. Awesome stuff!

Got too busy at work and I forgot to post these. Gavin was a consummate professional, and funny as well! Great clinic. I wish Porcupine Tree would get moving again already.

I love what he does around the 2:20 mark. Always been a fan of his double pedal work.
