    Main Style: Funk/ Jazz
    Main Band: NA/Clinician
    Brief Summary: German clinician famous for his unique "feel" and "groove". Although he is primarily a funk drummer, his styles range from jazz to reggae, rock, and fusion. Has preformed at Modern Drummer Festival and numerous other venues and events. Plays Sonor and Meinl.

    I guess when you are famous, you can throw a stick in the air, miss it by 6 feet, and still get applause. Must be nice.

    Benny Greb is like, the Yoda of drumming (even though he looks like Obi Wan). And he has this great British snob style accent, and I never would have guess he was German :P
    He has great groove, amazing!

    Watch the video it looked to me like a little comic relief he threw in. Opening a new bundle of sticks? Like a top notched pro isnt gonna have plenty of spare sticks on his kit.
    Heck even Buddy Rich knew the value of fun and comedy in his playing.

    Benny is most definitely my favorite drummer of all time. Props for the thread, C. He's right up there with JoJo and Coleman.
