This vid has been posted before, but it's still an interesting vid. I have no idea how the drummer maintains his rhythm while bouncing around. I guess it's not much different than those drummers that are on the revolving platforms that also turn then sideways. It must take some serious concentration when you start doing it.

Bouncing horse on springs as a kid has contributed to his style I would guess. I would imagine that it is not easy to play drums when bouncing around like that without knocking the drums over. I think I would be seasick before the first song would be over. Hillbillie music for sure Heeh Hah! the only thing missing is the banjos.
