You need a good crash or ride goign your way first, look at a alpha ride over a rude splash or something like that, get your basics first, THEN round off your kit with the FX
But thats just my .02 =D

go buy some paiste signatures
those things are way expensive!
i only have like 133 bucks
Ostinato is the way to go!
I think you should concentrate on the more core cymbals first. But if you are gagging for a splash, then Go Paiste Rude or Zildjian A custom.
I Shall Never be caught, you will never obtain my Weapons of Mass Percussion, MWA HA HA HA HA!!
why do people like a custom so much? they dont sound that great, just my opinion though, it might be the recording on the website that sound like crap.
i think a custom's are okay but i like rudes better

rudes and A customs are way different..
A customs just have that nice warm sound to them, its not to bright, not to dark, kinda thing, I like em
But seriously dude, get your core cymbals, ride, hats, crash, then concentrate around that
what have we told you about those sound clips?Originally Posted by Lafirin
