    Question triggers ...arg..help

    trying to figure out whats the best triggers

    ddrum looks affordable but my distro says roland is far better ..

    anyone have issues with ddrum?

    Roland stuff is great, but the triggers they make are just as good as the ddrum triggers. The ddrums are very durable, and are cheaper and just as sensitive as the Roland triggers. The Roland triggers are good too but I think the only difference between the ddrum and Roland trigs are the price.

    for the cost of 3 Roland triggers i can get 5 DDrum triggers ..so its a no brainier there

    now cymbal pads..?

    There are reviews for both but whenever I get some money together I'm personally going ddrum. But from what I understand triggers are pretty disposable so I would worry about the module, cables, and whatever cab/speaker setup you decide to use first.
