Batter at a medium tension, reso just above wrinkle.
Batter Low / Reso High
Batter/Reso = Same Pitch
Batter High / Reso Low
Other (No Reso head, just batter)
Batter at a medium tension, reso just above wrinkle.
I have both my batter and reso at about the same tuning.

I think my batter is just ever so slighty higher than my reso, I voted for them being equal though. I just dont know how much higher the batter is, i know its not much though.

who really knows these days i tune until it sounds good..every room and stage is so different ..particular sub frequencies sound better depending on the amount people around and reflections
I tune my batter pretty low. It's not overly low, but low enough to get a real nice slap out of it. I use a Remo Falam patch, so it's a little clicky. I tune my reso about finger tight, with no internal muffling. I like it. What makes it extra great is that I like my pedals loose, so I get power to go along with the punch I get, so it's a real consistent sound I get, even up at 200bpm's, that I never get sick of. It's very different from the last recording I made of my drums.
It's a bit clickier and punchier than this (a BIT), but this is kinda what it sounds like.

I tune my batter head as loose as I can and still feel a decent rebound (springs on the pedal help this). It's probably pretty tight by most standards, but considering I cut my teeth on marching drums, it's loose to me. Evans Hydraulic. Pillow against the head.
For the front head, I use an evans retro screen mesh head that doesn't really make sound, so it doesn't matter how I tune the front. It just has to be tight enough that a tension rod or lug doesn't rattle.
I really just want all attack, and little to no resonance. To me, I view the resonance that a bass drum CAN produce as the bass guitars job.

I tune my batter at 1/2 over wrinkle and reso at 1 1/2 over wrinkle
