I just dont get a chance to get in here as often as I would like to.

I moved out of our shop and into the office because times are tough at work and we dont have anything to do so I help out where I can.

I sit in a cubicle with my back to the entrance and the walls are low so anyone walking by can see what is on my computer.

Let me just say..........man am I ever home-sick, wish I could chime in more often but for now I need to deal with it and be happy I still have my job.

I have made it past 4 or 5 lay-offs over the past 2 years and last week the CEO of the company was excorted from the building, next week an interim CEO from the corporate office comes in so I shall see where I end up next.

Amen to that! GF, you have made a wise decision to keep your nose to the grindstone for the time being. We enjoy talking to you, but if it in any way caused you to lose your job, we would feel terrible.

Gonefishin, I hear you dude! the fact that you made it past the 4to5 cuts means you are an asset to company..thats worth alot especially in todays state of confusion..the one good thing is DC will always be hear waiting for your words of wisdom when ever it comes.

GF, don't feel bad, bro'. You may have noticed I've not been around as much as I would like, but not because I don't want to. My schedule has been crazier than ever; mix that with a few computer gremlins and I just don't get in as much as I like.

Not to mention I have two new distractions, both of which you have seen various times in the av pics...and "Grandpa 'bro" has a sound I like...truth is, "Gampa" (as my two-year-old granddaughter calls me), is pretty darn sweet...

As far as your job goes, do what you have to do to keep it...keep your priorities straight and, as always...

Hang in there GF cause you are lucky to still have a job cause so many have lost theirs in the last couple of years. Hope to hear from you on the DC more often and wish you the best of luck.
