Interesting. I actually worked with Colosseum's Bass player Mark Clark about 4 years ago. We shared a suite in Orlando while doing some performances together in a band at Epcot.
I am sure he played with Jon Hiseman. Mark is from Liverpool. I remember when I met him I said,"So your from Liverpool" and he said,"yes","and before you ask, yes I knew them". Really nice guy. We got along great. He was also for a time a member of "Uriah Heep" on the Demons and Wizards LP..

Wasn't the guitarist Gary Moore also in Colosseum at one time? Also Neil Murray, who has played with Black Sabbath and Whitesnake amongst others, might have played with Jon Hiseman at the same time.....from what I recall, he was part of the 'Canterbury' progressive scene as well.
Nice that you mentioned Jon Hiseman anyway. Great great player.

Vibes, lucky guy! I am really envious.
Drumbledore, you're correct about Gary Moore. But Clem Clempson got more press since he was mentioned in the live version of "Stormy Monday."
After hearing Colesseum I actually thought the music world was trending in their direction...I guessed wrong.
