Whats the brand of cymbals?
Hi, I am new! I picked up drumming two weeks ago. I got my drum kit on June 9th. And I bet your thinking,
"Well then how could your cymbals be dirty?!" Well, my grandfather gave me a two-year-old drum kit for my birthday. And I really need help I don't want to ruin them!! Oh and I am ten years old.
Whats the brand of cymbals?
Zildajain. I believe that is how you spell it, correct?

Thanks drum_chick!!
Yea, get the zildjian polish, wet your cymbal, put some polish on the rag, and wipe with the grooves, dont rub
The cleaner is basically a acid that eats away a layer of the cymbal, leaving the bright shining alloy underneith, if you rub, youll rub to much away on the dirt marks, completely changing the sound of the cymbal, wipe along the grooves
I thought Brasso turned cymbals green.....
ehh
I dont think brasso would work with bronze cymbals, brass cymbals definatly, but bronze cymbals, brasso would probably jack them up
Sch polish?
Dont worry about being noobie, ive never cleaned my own cymbals before, the only reason i know how to is ive watched people do it
You can get the polish anywhere on the internet.
or you could keep the dirtiness which gives it its own little sound. but its your choice
