Here's a little action from my last trip to the studio:
Here's a few:
"...it's the Paradigm Of The Cosmos!" Stewart Copeland on Youtube
668: The Number Of The Guy Next Door To The Beast.
"A random act of kindness; it keeps my heart in shape!" - Late8
Gonna pop a couple more in. Been trying to get some sort of balance sound wise with one of the e-kits in my teaching room over here. Thought I'd video a couple of songs I've been working on, have a bit of fun, and see what needs to be tweaked in playing them. Also gives a few students a bit of insight into this "groove" thing that I keep reminding them to work on.

Ok, against my better judgement, here are a couple of drumless tracks videos that I played to for my own critique and to learn from. Audio recorded on a ZOOM H-1, then synched to video from a Kodak Zi8. Camera audio deleted.
Doobie Brothers - Long Train Runnin'
MAPEX SATURN with a 14x14" floor tom in the first rack position. Hey, I was feeling adventurous. Snare is a Ludwig Black Magic.
Snippets from The Police, Black Sabbath, and Steely Dan.
Drums are REMO Bravo II; snare is a Worldmax Brass.

You've got some good blues groove going on. My favorite was Born Under a Bad Sign. Good job.
Wow, loving me some Meet at Sundown
I'd like to share one.

Here's a live video of our opening song at our first show, ever as a band, about a year ago. I'll post some more recent stuff as I get back into the swing of things around here. I've not been active, here, for far too long now.
