Private Message notifications

I don't know about the rest of the members but today something magical happened.

I received my first email notification that I had a PM waiting.

It has never worked for me so this was quite the pleasant surprise.

Well, I had something else happen. I started receiving notices for every person who posted to threads that I was subscribed too. Which, by the way is well over 500. WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THAT!!!
I haven't changed a thing in my settings. I had to go in and change all 500 + subscriptions so that I wouldn't be notified anymore.

You should be able to click a single option in your UserCP that says "no notification" on threads...or something to that effect.

Yeah, I went into the "edit options" and selected no notifications for subscriptions, but I still got them. I had to go into the subscriptions folder area and "selected all" for each page and then chose "no notifications" in the pull down at the bottom of the page. I just don't know how it got this way? But, I'm not receiving anymore email notifications. Thanks.

Hahaha! Nah I always turned off the email notifications. I get enough emails as it is, I can't imagine how long it would take to sort out everything!
