ok... here's the final setup. Moved a few things , lowered the tom holder and flipped it rightside up, dropped everything about two inches.... feels good.
I changed the tom heads to Evans EC2's... Snare was changed to an Ambassador. Personally I think the snare is just fine... got the stock reso tuned up first then dialed in the Ambassador. It seemed to me that the snare was sounding best tuned medium-high.
And yeah... that riser system is really slick, but as always memory locks would be cool... Sonor has always needed them with the front kick drum legs.. luckily the tom L-rods are the same size.
